As parents of a disabled child (Christopher 21yrs) we have first hand experience of what the requirements are for someone who is severely disabled. Our life experiences and connections with organisations, societys, self help groups etc.. who are involved with disabled people, means we know what a disabled persons requirements are and who to contact in the UK to tell them of the service we have to offer.

  • Our charges are:
  • 15% commission on rentals
  • Yearly Management fee 
    2 Bedroom - £250.00
    3 Bedroom - £400.00
  • Cleaning costs dependant on occupancy.
  • Our properties are in constant use so when you buy from us there will already be rental bookings in place, so you can look ahead and see what the occupancy rates for the year are. For historic occupancy figures please contact us
    Part of the sale agreement is that you will be legally required to honour the rental bookings we have taken for the apartment for the forthcoming twelve months.
