Disabled Access Holidays offers apartments that have been designed and adapted for the disabled traveller.

Part of any sale agreement is that you will be legally bound to honour the rental bookings we have taken for the apartment for the forthcoming twelve months.

The above three apartments are in the same apartment block, which was completed in June 2006. They were designed from new to be suitable for wheelchair users and are fully accessible throughout. They have walk/wheel in shower areas, extra wide door frames and there are no steps from the pavement to the apartment block entrance. We also provide items such as hoists, shower chairs, 4 wheel walkers etc.. for our guests. They are situated in the centre of Puerto Pollensa just along from the village square. The location is excellent as they are situated right in the centre of town just a few minutes from the beach and close to all the local amenities such as restaurants, bars and local entertainment. 

2 Bedroom Grd Floor – Los Pomelos – 315,000 Euros

This ground floor apartment in the Gommar district of Puerto Pollensa is 10 minutes walk from the town centre. It is on a quiet residential complex called Los Pomelos, which consists of 21 apartments and it also has a communal pool. It is a lovely spacious property that has two bathrooms, a well fitted kitchen and a small garden/terrace at the front. This property requires some work to the bathroom area to make it fully suitable for disabled people, this we intend to carryout over the winter and estimate the costs for this to be approx 5,000 euros. It has “Let” well during this year but because it is not yet been fully adapted it won’t be featured on our internet site (www.dah-europe.com) until the renovation work has been carried out. 

The main season in Majorca runs from 1st March to 1 November and I am pleased to say that we have been virtually fully booked on all the above apartments. We already have bookings for the 2007 season and as enquiries are running at a high level we expect another successful year to come.

We have excellent relations with care providers such as Key Housing, Quarriers, CIC etc.. And believe the service we are offering caters extremely well for disabled people with complex needs.
