IPA Cervera is a modern apartment block situated in the centre of Puerto Pollensa close to the town square. The building was completed in June 05 and was designed from new to be fully accessible for wheelchair users. Its central location means restaurants and shops are easily accessible, the beach and pine walk/promenade area are less than 50 metres away.

Two new apartments available for 2007!
Presently in construction and due for completion in Dec 2006 these modern purpose built apartments will be ideal for disabled travellers visiting Puerto Pollensa. They have been designed, as have all our apartments, with extra wide door frames, open shower areas, wheelchair turning circles, accessible balconies and bedrooms etc...They also have a communal garden area and a swimming pool with a hoist.
We are presently taking bookings for these apartments for May 07 onwards. Photographs will be available when they are completed in Dec 06, and they will of course be decorated and furnished to the same high standards as our apartments in IPA Cervera.

Puerto Pollensa's large promenade area makes it ideal for wheelchair users. There is always plenty to do in the area, whether it is a dip in the sea, a leisurely evening stroll or a swim in the pool.
