The apartments are located 50 meters from the municipal pool of Puerto Pollensa. It has a hydraulic pool chair to assist disabled users into the pool. The photographs show the disabled son of the apartments owners being lowered into the pool.

Puerto Pollensa also have a pool.
The pool hoist will be in place for summer 2008.
